01-05-2022 Play Off Final : Chertsey Town v Hanwell Town

Photos from Chertsey Town v Hanwell Town in the Isthmian League South Central Play-off final.

A final that had everything.

Hanwell took the lead in the first half, and that is how it stayed for the whole 90 minutes. Then the 4th Official raised the board for injury time, and with 15 seconds left to play, Chertsey equalised, to take it into extra time.

Chertsey then took the lead, before Hanwell brought it back level, the celebrations of the goal resulting in a wall collapse, and fans falling onto the pitch. Thankfully no-one was hurt.

Then with just a few minutes left, Hanwell took the lead, which they held.

So Hanwell are promoted.
