30-04-2023 POF Walton & Hersham v Hanworth Villa

Photos from the Play Off Final between Walton & Hersham and Hanworth Villa in the Isthmian League South Central Division.

With Walton bossing the game, mainly at walking pace, it was Hanworth who took the lead, and so easily could have found themselves 3-0 up minutes later, if they took their other chances, but half time came, with them 1-0 up

Walton, started the second half, at a much quicker pace, and it wasn't long before that paid off, with the equaliser, then two more followed, before a celebration pitch invasion ensued at the final whistle, as Walton had secured promotion, after seeing the championship slip out of their fingers in the last seconds of the previous Saturday
